Contact form

If you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address and message solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose.

Hosting & server logs

When you visit this website, technically necessary access data (including IP address, date, page requested) is processed briefly by the hosting provider to ensure operation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

Cookies

Without your consent, this website only sets technically necessary cookies: a session identifier (CraftSessionId), protection of the contact form against misuse (CRAFT_CSRF_TOKEN) and storage of your cookie choice (lx_consent, 6 months). The legal basis is § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Cookies for statistics (Google Analytics, see below) are only set with your consent (§ 165(3) TKG 2021, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Web analytics with Google Analytics

If you consent to the “Statistics” category in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded and no connection to Google is established.

The purpose is to analyse which content is in demand and how the website is used, in order to improve it. Pseudonymised usage data is processed, in particular pages viewed, time spent, referrer, device and browser information and approximate location (country, region). IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. The cookies _ga and _ga_<ID> are set for this (each stored for 2 years).

The legal basis is your consent (§ 165(3) TKG 2021, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” in the footer. Event data is deleted automatically after the retention period set in Google Analytics (at most 14 months).

A transfer of data to Google LLC in the USA cannot be ruled out. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR). Further information: policies.google.com/privacy.
